Is my appointment confirmed after filling out the form?
No. The form prepares a message. Send it to Classical through Instagram and wait for a confirmed time before visiting.
Where can I find prices and shop hours?
Prices are listed in the service menu. Shop hours are Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM. Find him at BASIL BEAUTY BARBER AND BRAIDER, 4911 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, your payment will not be refunded. If you paid a deposit, the deposit is forfeited and the full service price is due. If you already paid the full service price, an additional $30 late fee is due. Late-arrival payments can be made by Zelle, cash, or Tap to Pay.
Can I bring a reference haircut?
Yes—include a photo or reel in your Instagram conversation so you can discuss the look you want.
Can I reschedule and keep my deposit?
Your deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to one rescheduled appointment on an available date confirmed by Classical. This transfer is allowed once. If you miss the rescheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited. Message Classical to reschedule ↗
